Welcome

Welcome to WyldHER Retreats.

We're honored you've chosen to travel with us.

At WyldHER, we believe travel has the power to reconnect us with ourselves, deepen meaningful relationships, and create unforgettable experiences that stay with us long after we return home. Every retreat is thoughtfully designed to blend luxury accommodations, immersive cultural experiences, wellness, adventure, and genuine community.

Our goal is simple: to create exceptional experiences where every guest feels safe, supported, inspired, and fully present.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to clearly outline the responsibilities we each share in creating that experience. While they contain important legal information, they also reflect our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and thoughtful stewardship of every retreat we host.

Thank you for placing your trust in us. We look forward to welcoming you on an extraordinary adventure.

PART I

Booking Your Retreat

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of, participation in, and attendance at any retreat, event, workshop, excursion, coaching experience, or travel-related service offered by WyldHER Retreats, a brand owned and operated by Gee and Company LLC ("WyldHER," "Gee and Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By completing a booking, submitting a deposit or payment, enrolling in a retreat, checking the acceptance box during registration, or participating in any WyldHER experience, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;

  • Understood your rights and responsibilities;

  • Agreed to be legally bound by these Terms; and

  • Accepted all policies incorporated by reference, including any retreat-specific cancellation policies, payment schedules, waivers, or participant agreements.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gee and Company LLC.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you should not book or participate in a WyldHER retreat.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"WyldHER" refers to WyldHER Retreats, a brand owned and operated by Gee and Company LLC.

"Gee and Company LLC," "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the legal entity responsible for operating WyldHER Retreats.

"Guest," "Participant," or "You" refers to any individual who purchases, attends, or participates in a WyldHER retreat or related experience.

"Retreat" refers to any retreat, workshop, event, group travel experience, coaching experience, excursion, or activity organized, promoted, or facilitated by WyldHER.

"Supplier" means any independent third-party provider, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, transportation companies, airlines, guides, instructors, excursion operators, restaurants, wellness practitioners, activity providers, or other vendors providing services associated with a retreat.

"Booking" means any reservation confirmed through payment of a deposit, installment, or payment in full.

3. Eligibility

To participate in a WyldHER retreat, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless otherwise approved in writing by WyldHER.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Provide complete and accurate registration information.

  • Be physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the activities you voluntarily choose to attend.

  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions throughout your participation.

WyldHER reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any reservation if we reasonably determine that participation may compromise the health, safety, well-being, or experience of other guests, staff members, suppliers, or the retreat as a whole.

Participation in a WyldHER retreat does not establish a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and Gee and Company LLC.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

We are honored you've chosen to travel with WyldHER.

Your reservation allows us to begin securing accommodations, coordinating vendors, confirming experiences, and making significant financial commitments on your behalf. For this reason, all bookings are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Reservation Confirmation

A retreat reservation is considered confirmed only when:

  • Your completed registration has been received;

  • The required deposit or payment has been successfully processed; and

  • You have received written confirmation from WyldHER.

Submitting an inquiry or beginning the registration process does not guarantee a reservation.

All retreat spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

4.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space unless otherwise stated on the retreat sales page.

Your deposit secures your reservation and allows WyldHER to immediately begin making financial commitments with hotels, venues, transportation providers, guides, and other third-party suppliers.

Because these commitments begin immediately, deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4.3 Payment Plans

When offered, payment plans are provided as a convenience.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on or before their due dates.

Payment reminders may be sent as a courtesy; however, it remains your responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time.

4.4 Final Payment

Unless otherwise specified, the remaining balance must be paid no later than the date communicated during booking.

Reservations with outstanding balances after the final payment deadline may be cancelled at WyldHER's discretion.

Cancellation due to non-payment does not release you from any financial obligations outlined in these Terms or your retreat-specific cancellation policy.

4.5 Declined Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined, WyldHER reserves the right to:

  • Retry the payment method on file;

  • Contact you to arrange an alternate payment method;

  • Suspend your reservation until payment is received; or

  • Cancel your reservation if payment is not received within a 45-day period.

Any fees charged by your financial institution remain your responsibility.

4.6 Pricing

All retreat pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is based on the accommodations, experiences, and inclusions described on the retreat webpage at the time of booking.

Prices may vary by room category, occupancy type, promotional offer, or booking period.

Once your reservation is confirmed, your retreat price is locked unless additional services are requested by you.

4.7 What's Included

Your retreat package includes only those items specifically listed on the retreat webpage or booking confirmation.

Depending on the retreat, inclusions may consist of:

  • Luxury accommodations

  • Meals identified on the itinerary

  • Retreat programming

  • Workshops

  • Group wellness activities

  • Transportation is specifically listed as included

  • Airport transfers (where stated)

  • Guided excursions included in the published itinerary

Specific inclusions vary by retreat.

4.8 What's Not Included

Unless expressly stated otherwise, retreat pricing does not include:

  • Airfare

  • Passport or visa fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Vaccinations or medical expenses

  • Airport parking

  • Additional hotel nights

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Spa treatments, unless specified in your package

  • Optional excursions

  • Laundry services

  • Personal shopping

  • Gratuities for personal expenses. We will tip on behalf of the group for meals and housekeeping services.

  • Meals not listed on the itinerary

  • Any transportation that is not specifically identified as included

  • Any other personal expenses incurred during your travels

Guests are responsible for budgeting appropriately for these additional expenses.

4.9 Pricing Errors

While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, WyldHER reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, or administrative errors in pricing, descriptions, or published information.

If an obvious pricing error has occurred, you will be notified promptly and allowed to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund of any amounts already paid.

4.10 Chargebacks

By booking a retreat, you agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for payments made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If you believe an error has occurred, we ask that you contact us first so we may work together in good faith to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in collection efforts, cancellation of your reservation, recovery of administrative costs, reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

PART II

Cancellation, Transfers & Travel Insurance

5. Cancellation Policy

When you reserve your place on a WyldHER Retreat, we immediately begin making financial commitments on your behalf, including reserving accommodations, securing venues, coordinating experiences, and contracting with third-party suppliers. For this reason, all retreat bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy.

5.1 All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All retreat payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or injury

  • Family emergencies

  • Changes in employment

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Visa or passport issues

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Failure to obtain travel insurance

  • Missed flights or missed connections

  • Late arrival

  • Early departure

  • Failure to participate in any portion of the retreat

  • Any other circumstance beyond the control of WyldHER

For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants.

5.2 Reservation Transfers

If you are unable to attend your retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another individual under the following conditions:

  • Written notice must be received by WyldHER at least thirty (30) days before the retreat start date.

  • The replacement guest must complete all required registration forms, waivers, and payment agreements.

  • The replacement guest must meet all eligibility requirements for participation.

  • Any additional administrative costs or supplier change fees incurred as a result of the transfer shall be the responsibility of the original guest.

Transfers requested fewer than thirty (30) days before the retreat are not permitted unless expressly approved by WyldHER in writing.

WyldHER reserves the right to refuse any transfer request that cannot reasonably be accommodated.

5.3 Travel Insurance Requirement

To help protect your investment, all guests are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance within fourteen (14) days of booking their retreat.

Your travel insurance policy must provide coverage for, at a minimum:

  • The full cost of your retreat investment

  • Round-trip airfare

  • Trip interruption

  • Emergency medical expenses

  • Emergency medical evacuation

  • Lost or delayed baggage

Proof of insurance may be requested by WyldHER prior to the retreat.

Guests who fail to obtain adequate travel insurance assume full financial responsibility for any losses associated with cancelling or interrupting their trip.

5.4 Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Coverage

Because our cancellation policy is strictly non-refundable, WyldHER strongly recommends purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance policy whenever available.

CFAR policies typically provide the greatest flexibility should your plans change for reasons not otherwise covered under standard travel insurance.

Coverage, eligibility requirements, reimbursement amounts, and purchase deadlines vary by insurer. Guests are responsible for reviewing the terms of their individual policy and ensuring it meets their needs.

WyldHER is not an insurance provider and makes no representations regarding the availability or coverage of any travel insurance policy.

5.5 If WyldHER Cancels a Retreat

In the unlikely event that WyldHER cancels a retreat for reasons other than Force Majeure, guests will be offered one of the following, at WyldHER's sole discretion:

  • A transfer of all retreat payments to a future retreat;

  • A travel credit; or

  • A refund of amounts paid directly to WyldHER.

WyldHER is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, travel insurance premiums, passport fees, visas, personal purchases, or any other expenses incurred outside of amounts paid directly to WyldHER.

If a retreat is cancelled or materially altered due to Force Majeure, Section 17 of these Terms & Conditions shall apply.

5.6 Participant Responsibilities in the Event of Cancellation

If you cancel your participation in a retreat, you are solely responsible for managing your own travel arrangements and insurance claims.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Canceling airline reservations

  • Canceling independently booked hotel accommodations

  • Canceling ground transportation

  • Filing travel insurance claims

  • Requesting refunds or credits from airlines, hotels, or other travel providers

  • Managing any additional travel-related bookings made outside of your retreat reservation

WyldHER is not responsible for submitting insurance claims, negotiating refunds, or obtaining reimbursements from third-party travel providers on your behalf.

While we are happy to provide copies of receipts or booking confirmations that may assist with an insurance claim, guests remain solely responsible for communicating directly with their insurance provider and any third-party suppliers.

5.7 Reservation Abandonment

Guests who fail to arrive at the retreat without prior written notice, or who voluntarily leave the retreat before its scheduled conclusion, are considered to have abandoned their reservation.

No refunds, credits, transfers, or reimbursements will be issued for:

  • Missed retreat days

  • Unused accommodations

  • Unused meals

  • Missed activities or excursions

  • Early departures

  • No-shows

Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary. Guests are free to opt out of any activity; however, no refunds or credits will be provided for services or experiences not utilized.

PART III

Preparing for Your Journey

This chapter eliminates misunderstandings before guests ever leave home. It also preserves many of the travel-related protections from your attorney's agreement while making them much more readable.

6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Traveling internationally requires careful preparation. Each guest is solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for their destination and any countries transited during travel.

WyldHER is not responsible for verifying travel documents or determining your eligibility to enter any country.

  • A valid passport

  • Required visas

  • Immigration documentation

  • Customs declarations

  • Vaccination records, if applicable

  • Any documentation required by airlines or government authorities

Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure. It is your responsibility to verify these requirements before booking and again prior to travel.

Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer under WyldHER's cancellation policy.

6.2 Entry Requirements

Entry requirements vary by country and may change without notice.

Guests are solely responsible for reviewing current government travel requirements before departure, including:

  • Passport validity requirements

  • Visa requirements

  • Health declarations

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Customs regulations

  • Entry permits

  • Immigration policies

WyldHER assumes no responsibility for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine requirements, missed travel arrangements, or any expenses resulting from a participant's failure to meet applicable entry requirements.

6.3 Government Travel Advisories

Guests are encouraged to review official travel advisories issued by their country's government prior to departure.

Travel conditions, political situations, public health guidance, and local regulations may change before or during a retreat.

By choosing to travel, you acknowledge that you have independently evaluated the risks associated with your destination and have chosen to participate voluntarily.

6.4 Health Requirements

Certain destinations may require vaccinations, medications, health screenings, or other medical documentation.

It is your responsibility to consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding:

  • Recommended vaccinations

  • Prescription medications

  • Travel-related health precautions

  • Food and water safety

  • Altitude considerations

  • Climate-related health concerns

WyldHER does not provide medical advice and cannot determine which vaccinations or medications may be appropriate for individual travelers.

6.5 Customs & Local Laws

Each guest is responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, regional, and national laws while traveling.

Participants are expected to respect local customs, traditions, religious sites, cultural norms, and community expectations throughout the retreat.

Any fines, penalties, legal expenses, detention, or other consequences arising from a participant's failure to comply with local laws remain solely the responsibility of that participant.

WyldHER shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from a participant's violation of local laws or regulations.

6.6 Flight Arrangements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, participants are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own airfare.

Guests are encouraged to wait until receiving written confirmation from WyldHER before purchasing non-refundable flights.

WyldHER is not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Flight delays

  • Flight cancellations

  • Missed connections

  • Airline bankruptcy

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Airline service disruptions

  • Additional travel expenses resulting from airline operations

Guests should allow adequate connection times and are encouraged to arrive in the destination city with sufficient time to accommodate potential travel delays.

6.7 Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are included only when specifically stated on the retreat webpage or booking confirmation.

If transfers are provided, guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate flight information by the requested deadline.

  • Notifying WyldHER of any flight changes as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Arriving at the designated meeting location according to the provided instructions.

Additional transportation costs resulting from delayed flights, missed transfers, itinerary changes, or failure to provide timely flight information may be the participant's responsibility.

6.8 Digital Communication While Traveling

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable method of communication throughout their travels.

We recommend that participants:

  • Enable international roaming or purchase an international data plan.

  • Download any communication apps designated by WyldHER (such as WhatsApp).

  • Save emergency contact information before departure.

  • Keep mobile devices charged while traveling on retreat transfer days.

WyldHER may communicate important updates regarding transportation, arrival instructions, itinerary adjustments, or emergencies through electronic messaging during the retreat.

Guests are responsible for monitoring these communications and keeping their contact information current.

Every guest contributes to the atmosphere we create together. Our goal is to foster an environment where every woman feels welcomed, respected, supported, and inspired.

By joining a WyldHER retreat, you agree to help create a community rooted in kindness, curiosity, personal responsibility, and mutual respect.

7. Community Standards

To ensure an exceptional experience for every guest, all participants agree to:

Every guest plays an important role in creating the welcoming and supportive environment that defines the WyldHER experience.

7.1 Respect for Others

WyldHER is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every participant.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, threatening behavior, or any conduct that compromises the well-being or experience of another guest will not be tolerated.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that contributes positively to the retreat experience for everyone.

7.2 Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the retreat.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Making informed decisions regarding participation in activities.

  • Managing personal health and medications.

  • Consuming alcohol responsibly.

  • Protecting personal belongings.

  • Respecting personal limits.

  • Following local laws and safety guidance.

Guests are encouraged to communicate openly with the WyldHER team if assistance or support is needed during the retreat.

7.3 Respect for Local Communities

One of the greatest privileges of travel is the opportunity to experience cultures different from our own.

Guests agree to:

  • Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural practices.

  • Dress appropriately when visiting temples, sacred sites, or culturally significant locations.

  • Support local businesses whenever possible.

  • Treat local residents, vendors, and guides with courtesy and respect.

  • Help preserve the natural beauty of the destinations we visit by minimizing environmental impact and leaving each place better than we found it.

7.4 Alcohol & Substance Use

Alcohol may be available during certain meals or social experiences.

Participation is entirely optional.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their decisions and behavior.

Illegal drugs, possession of prohibited substances, or any behavior that places you or others at risk is strictly prohibited.

WyldHER reserves the right to remove any participant whose substance use compromises the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of the retreat.

7.5 Confidentiality & Personal Privacy

Many guests attend WyldHER retreats seeking personal growth, meaningful conversations, and authentic connection.

We ask that participants respect the privacy of others by treating personal stories, experiences, and conversations shared during the retreat with discretion and confidentiality.

Guests should obtain permission before publicly sharing another participant's personal story, image, or identifying information.

7.6 Shared Accommodations

Guests selecting shared accommodations acknowledge that living respectfully with another participant requires flexibility, communication, and consideration.

WyldHER thoughtfully pairs roommates whenever possible; however, roommate compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Guests agree to:

  • Respect quiet hours.

  • Maintain reasonable cleanliness in shared spaces.

  • Respect personal belongings.

  • Communicate respectfully regarding shared accommodations.

While WyldHER will make reasonable efforts to assist with roommate concerns, room changes cannot be guaranteed.

7.7 Participant Removal

The safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and local partners is our highest priority.

WyldHER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation, remove a participant from any activity, or require a participant to leave the retreat without a refund if their behavior:

  • Creates a safety risk.

  • Violates local laws.

  • Harasses or intimidates others.

  • Is abusive, discriminatory, or threatening.

  • Becomes excessively disruptive.

  • Interferes with the experience of other guests.

  • Damages property.

  • Fails to follow reasonable instructions from the WyldHER team or third-party operators.

Should removal become necessary, the participant shall be solely responsible for any resulting travel, accommodation, transportation, or other expenses.

No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided.

7.8 Optional Participation

Your retreat experience is your own.

Participation in workshops, wellness activities, excursions, discussions, fitness classes, or social events is always voluntary unless an activity is required for safety reasons.

Guests are encouraged to honor their own needs, energy levels, and comfort throughout the retreat.

Choosing not to participate in an activity does not entitle a participant to any refund, credit, or substitute experience.

PART V

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Travel is an adventure, and while WyldHER is committed to creating a safe, professionally organized, and thoughtfully designed experience, every journey involves risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.

By participating in a WyldHER Retreat, you voluntarily acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to assume personal responsibility for your health, safety, and participation throughout the retreat.

8. Health & Medical Responsibility

By participating in a WyldHER Retreat, you represent that you are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the activities you voluntarily choose to attend.

Guests are responsible for consulting with their physician or other qualified healthcare provider before booking or participating if they have questions regarding their health, medical conditions, medications, or physical readiness for travel or retreat activities.

Participants are responsible for informing WyldHER, prior to the retreat whenever reasonably possible, of any significant medical conditions, mobility limitations, allergies, dietary restrictions, or other health considerations that may impact their participation.

While WyldHER will make reasonable efforts to communicate dietary requests and accessibility needs to third-party suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to the capabilities of each supplier.

You acknowledge that:

  • Medical facilities and standards vary by destination.

Our Trusted Partners

One of the things that makes a WyldHER Retreat so special is the incredible team of hospitality professionals, local guides, wellness practitioners, transportation providers, and destination experts who help bring each experience to life.

We thoughtfully select our partners based on the quality of their service, professionalism, guest experience, and alignment with the values of WyldHER.

While we proudly design, curate, and facilitate every retreat, many aspects of your experience are delivered by independent businesses that operate under their own professional standards, policies, and procedures.

This section explains the responsibilities of both WyldHER and the trusted partners who help create your retreat experience.

These businesses operate independently and remain solely responsible for the services they provide.

WyldHER does not own, manage, supervise, employ, or control these businesses and cannot guarantee their operations, staffing, facilities, certifications, licensing, safety practices, or performance.

Each provider remains independently responsible for its services, employees, equipment, facilities, and operations.

10.3 Responsibility for Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WyldHER shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, expense, or claim arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, cancellations, delays, insolvency, bankruptcy, or failure to perform by any independent service provider.

10.4 Itinerary Changes

Every WyldHER itinerary is intentionally designed to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require adjustments to the published itinerary.

WyldHER reserves the right to modify accommodations, activities, dining experiences, transportation, instructors, guides, speakers, or daily schedules when reasonably necessary due to:

  • Local conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

Whenever practical, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience.

10.5 Travel & Transportation

Transportation services are provided by independent companies.

WyldHER is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage handling, mechanical failures, traffic conditions, road closures, ferry disruptions, or other transportation-related issues beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time and maintain flexibility throughout their journey.

10.6 Optional Experiences

Certain activities offered during the retreat may be optional and operated entirely by independent providers.

Participation in these experiences is always voluntary.

Guests independently determine whether participation is appropriate for them and assume all associated risks.

Some providers may require participants to sign additional waivers before participating.

WyldHER cannot guarantee uninterrupted:

  • Internet service

  • Wi-Fi

  • Cellular reception

  • Electrical power

  • Electronic payment systems

  • Communication networks

Temporary interruptions do not constitute a material change to the retreat experience and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

PART VII

Your Retreat Experience

This chapter covers room assignments, photography, intellectual property, personal belongings, and communications. These aren't the biggest legal risks, but they are some of the most common operational questions you'll encounter.

11. Room Assignments & Accommodations

WyldHER offers a variety of room categories depending on the retreat destination. Room types, occupancy, and pricing are described on each retreat webpage.

Room assignments are confirmed based on the room category selected at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

11.1 Shared Accommodations

Guests who select a shared accommodation acknowledge that they will be sharing a room with another participant.

If you are traveling with a friend and wish to room together, please notify WyldHER prior to the retreat. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate roommate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Guests traveling independently do not need to find their own roommate.

WyldHER thoughtfully pairs guests based on information collected during registration and other relevant considerations. While we strive to create compatible roommate pairings, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Guests agree to treat roommates with courtesy, respect, and consideration throughout the retreat.

11.2 Single Occupancy Rooms

Single-occupancy accommodations are available only for room categories specifically designated as private accommodations.

Single-occupancy pricing reflects exclusive use of the room and may be limited in availability.

Requests to change rooms before or during the retreat will be considered whenever reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply if a room upgrade or occupancy change is requested and available.

11.4 Accommodation Preferences

WyldHER will make reasonable efforts to communicate guest preferences, including accessibility needs, bedding preferences, and special requests, to our hospitality partners.

However, specific room locations, views, layouts, furnishings, bedding configurations, or amenities cannot be guaranteed.
