I am most recognized for my role as the co-creator of the internationally recognized wellness and health brand the Whole Experience. We host wellness retreats and online coaching programs for everyBODY. From the beginning, our goal is to create an inclusive/ safe space for women of all backgrounds and walks of life to come together and connect with holistic wellness mind, body and spirit.

GUIDANCE

Our mission is to make sure no woman faces this journey alone. We’re battling a multi-billion dollar junk food industry, toxic media, busy lives, & a number of other obstacles that make connecting with wellness so difficult. Trust me I know first hand... My journey to wellness was a roller coaster. Growing up in the dance community, I became very self conscious of my body image from a young age. This, linked with my people pleaser mentality & yes-girl attitude set me on a path to total self destruction.

GURU

In my late 20s as I was climbing the corporate ladder, achieving "success" by running several sales teams, working side jobs to pay off my student debt, acquiring material wealth. Meanwhile, my health was deteriorating fast, hitting a total health collapse in 2016. This lead me from one specialist to the next, from Western doctors to Eastern medicines. No one could figure out what was "wrong." I gained 40 lbs in a matter of months, I had IBS issues, insomnia and I lost connection with who I was.

GODDESS

I sold everything I owned, I resigned from my roles and hit the road for a proverbial "gap year." My travels took me to 17 countries that first year. I became fascinated with learning about holistic ways to heal the mind and body. I studied in India to obtain my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification to learn about the powers of yoga and meditation. I got my personal training certification to learn how to strengthen my body in sustainable ways.

GREATNESS

I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to learn how to fuel my body in a holistic way.My first client was myself... It took years of trials and tribulations to find what works for me. However, it was the best project I have ever worked on. Since then I have been dedicated to helping countless women do the same.! As I always tell my clients wellness is a journey not a destination. So if you are looking for someone to join you on this path, I am your girl!
